For me, networking means combining impulses between science and business, involving regional and national actors and bringing together diverse perspectives. It is important to me to be active in networks that promote exchange, enable structural changes and create impact across organizational boundaries.

Specifically, I am involved regionally through WoMent at the interface of science and business, in cooperations, with the Führungsfrauen Heilbronn as well as in committees on diversity and anti-discrimination (such as the AG Diversity at the Bildungscampus and the Summer of Diversity). I am also the point of contact for discrimination and bullying at HHN. I am also actively involved in various initiatives and associations nationwide (e.g. Federal Association for Mentoring, Netzwerk Mentoring BW, Scientifica, frauen.innovation.technik BW and Meta-IFiF).
