This statement is shared by the woman featured and offers a personal and authentic insight into the thoughts, experiences, and perspectives that shape her professional journey.

The Change & Mindset theme explores how she experiences change, how she helps shape it, and what keeps her grounded in challenging moments.

The following statement captures her reflections on the topic of CHANGE & MINDSET:

„Change is a topic that has fascinated me since my student days. The success factors of change processes were at the forefront of my research work. My first professional station consequently led me to transformation consulting. Even today, I am fascinated by the complexity of transformation and I appreciate the exchange about how change should be shaped for individuals, teams, organizations and societies in order to achieve the desired success. For me, the focus is always on people. Resistance and setbacks are usually integral parts of change. It is important to understand the background of the resistance and not to be discouraged by regression.“

Through my academic education, there are connections to LMU Munich, the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford with national and international contacts. In addition, as an alumna of the German National Academic Foundation, I am very connected. Due to my many years of work in management consulting with a focus on transformation support, I also have an extensive network in the consulting and coaching industry. In addition, I have the privilege of exchanging ideas with our excellent scholarship holders as part of our female upgreat scholarship program, which promotes women in the IT environment – from schoolgirls to top management. They have their professional home in business, science and the common good or are currently still in training and studying, which has created a multifaceted network. This also applies to the high-calibre commission that supports us in the selection of our scholarship holders – regional leaders from the IPAI Foundation, Experimenta, Bechtle AG, Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences and TU Munich are represented, among others. The latter also accompanies female upgreat scientifically. As a member of the steering committee of the „tech2stay“ research project, I am connected to researchers and leaders throughout Germany who are committed to diversity in the IT environment. There is also regular exchange with various non-profit organisations, initiatives and foundations, both regionally and nationally. These include Wissensstadt Heilbronn and in particular WoMent incl. Future Fem Hub, the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, WHU Foundation and many others. There is a particularly close and trusting cooperation with the Gerhard and Ilse Schick Foundation, which supports our foundation activities such as female upgreat and the children’s book „Susu macht das. One Cloud for All.“ In addition, we have been an alliance partner of the state initiative for women in STEM professions since the founding of the Bechtle Foundation gGmbH in 2024.
