„A positive change in our work culture can only succeed through a change in existing thought patterns and enough positive examples. We need to evolve from the mentality of just „sitting out working time“ to „working effectively in a short time“, where free time is used for rehabilitation to recharge our batteries and have mental and physical balance. We all have to be part of the change and actively support it – no matter from which position.“
