Because technology shapes reality – and we decide whether it is fair, transparent and inclusive. The future is created where attitude and creative power come together.“

Networked at the interface of science, business and equality: in AI research associations, transfer projects with companies and, as my university’s Equal Opportunities Officer, in strategic committees. I combine technological innovation with structural transformation and responsible design.

I actively shape AI research and transfer projects, promote responsible innovation in cooperation with companies and, as an equal opportunities officer, advocate for sustainable structural change. I am also involved as a mentor for women in computer science and AI.
