„I wish that we would encourage and challenge people according to their ideas and abilities. The decisive factor is how we explain things, at what level we meet for them and, of course, the effort we make to pass on knowledge. Every person is unique, we should always be aware of that. Selfishness and self-expression are neither healthy for our society nor do they contribute to future viability.“
