The following statement captures her reflections on the topic of GENDER EQUALITY & ROLE MODELS:
„I have always consciously opposed classic role models – be it as a young manager, as a board member in an international environment or as an investor in a scene that is still dominated by men. A formative moment was the realization that formal equality does not automatically lead to fair opportunities. For me, attitude arises in action: by making women visible, promoting them in a targeted manner, directing capital and opening up spaces. As a business angel, supervisory board member and co-chair of encourageventures, I am a concrete advocate for equality – pragmatically, solution-oriented and beyond ideology.“

I am active in networks at the intersection of equality, innovation and transformation:
- as co-chair of encourageventures,
- in business angel and startup ecosystems such as BAND and CampusFounders.
I am actively involved as co-chair of encourageventures, as a business angel, supervisory board member and mentor. I invest in diverse teams, accompany founders and managers and design networks, formats and committees in which equality, innovation and transformation are concretely implemented.
