„I imagine the future of the world of work to be more networked, more humane and more courageous. More networked, because complex challenges can only be solved in an interdisciplinary way. More human, because we want to understand the difference our work makes. More courageous, because new paths are needed. Technological platforms and AI enable collaboration across borders. In my view, interdisciplinary thinking and the active shaping of relationships and networks are essential success factors. If I could change something immediately, I would break down silo thinking, promote knowledge sharing and create equal opportunities for everyone. We have the greatest impact when we act together – with a clear vision and the courage to change.“

In the field of education, I support not only the younger generations, but also parents in developing a fair perspective and in perceiving and appreciating equality. I am actively involved in women’s associations, women’s actions and women’s education.
