The following statement captures her reflections on the topic of CHANGE & MINDSET:
„Nothing is as constant as change.“ After 13 years in business and ten years in academia, my path led me to experimenta, whose development into Germany’s largest science center I accompanied before I was allowed to lead the house from 2022-2025. Breaks as well as successes have taught me that change requires courage, confidence and perseverance above all, but also humility. Since February 2025, I have been contributing this diverse experience to the Dieter Schwarz Foundation. It has always been a matter close to my heart to inspire young people for knowledge and to encourage them to shape their future with confidence. Because education creates the ability to act – and it makes us (according to Nida-Rümelin) the „authors of our lives“.“
