DESCRIPTION:Seit 2007 wird am dritten Dienstag im März der Internationale Tag der Sozialen Arbeit zelebriert. Ziel ist es unserer wert- und wirkungsvollen Arbeit mehr Sichtbarkeit zu geben.\nDas Motto für dieses Jahr lautet „Stärkt die Solidarität zwischen den Generationen\, damit es uns allen heute und morgen gut geht“. \nAuch wir als Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg wollen der Sozialen Arbeit mehr Präsenz verschaffen und unsere Profession mit fachlichen Impulsen bereichern. Deshalb geben wir in unserer kleinen Vortragsreihe Einblicke in ausgewählte Konzepte und Ansätze in der Sozialen Arbeit. \nUnser Thema am 04.03.2025: Das Governance Konzept: Ein Leitungs-Kompass für die Soziale Arbeit \nSeit 2011 werden im Rahmen eines Masterstudiengangs an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg anhand des Governance-Konzeptes Kompetenzen zum Führen\, Leiten und Steuern in der Sozialen Arbeit vermittelt.\nWas genau es mit diesem\, bewusst nicht (nur) wirtschaftlich verorteten\, Fachkonzept in der Sozialen Arbeit auf sich hat und warum der Kompass in diesem Fall ein passendes Bild für die Anwendung des multiperspektivischem Ansatzes ist\, erläutern Prof. Dr. Monika Sagmeister und Prof. Dr. Paul-Stefan Roß ihrem Vortrag mit anschließender Diskussions- und Fragerunde. \nDen Teilnahmelink senden wir Ihnen nach der Anmeldung zu. \n📷Westend61

April 2024 juristische\, technische und gesellschaftliche Themen rund um die Künstliche Intelligenz. Von 15 bis 17 Uhr laden das Institut für Recht der innovativen Technologien (IRiT)\, das Center for industrial AI sowie die School of Artificial Intelligence (SAAI) der Hochschule Heilbronn (HHN) zum Online-Event „Recht & Künstliche Intelligenz – die Zukunft ist interdisziplinär!“ ein. \n\n\n\nDie diesjährigen Referent*innen sind: Professorin Michèle Finck (Universität Tübingen)\, Rechtsanwältin Julia Dönch (Stuttgart)\, Professor Carsten Lanquillon (Hochschule Heilbronn) sowie Professorin Alexandra Reichenbach (Hochschule Heilbronn). \n\n\n\nSie sprechen fachübergreifend über Themen im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz. Es geht um den neuen AI Act der Europäischen Union und Urheberrecht bei generativen KI-Systemen. Die Funktionsweise von generativen Sprachmodellen wird ebenso thematisiert wie die Anwendung von KI in der Medizin. \n\n\n\nDurch das Online-Event führt Professorin Sabine Boos. DESCRIPTION:Am 15. März 2024 geht der Online-Lehrgang „Recht der innovativen Technologien – Innovationsschutz\, Intellectual Property\, Patentingenieurwesen“ in die nächste Runde.\n\n\n\nDie Zusatzqualifikation behandelt das Thema Patente aus der Unternehmensperspektive und richtet sich explizit auch an Nicht-Jurist*innen.\n\n\n\nEs profitieren insbesondere Ingenieur*innen\, Betriebswirt*innen oder Wirtschaftsingenieur*innen\, die mit Innovationsschutz in Berührung kommen.\n\n\n\n\nDer erfolgreiche Lehrgang Recht der innovativen Technologien – Innovationsschutz\, Intellectual Property (IP)\, Patentingenieurwesen geht am März 2024 in die in 3. Runde. Ausgerichtet wird das Zusatzangebot vom Forschungsinstitut für Recht der innovativen Technologien (IRiT) an der Hochschule Heilbronn (HHN). \n\n\n\nDer Lehrgang wird exklusiv angeboten und bildet mit seiner Vermittlung rechtlicher Grundlagen im Bereich Innovationsschutz – speziell auch für Nicht-Jurist*innen – ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal an der HHN. Der Weiterbildungslehrgang vermittelt verständlich aufbereitet alle Grundlagen zu Patenten sowie weiteren gewerblichen Schutzrechten und gibt Einblicke in das europäische Patentsystem und das Arbeitnehmererfindungsrecht. Ebenso bekommen Teilnehmende Basiswissen in Sachen Vertragsrecht und IP-Compliance vermittelt. \n\n\n\nGanz besonders profitieren hiervon Ingenieur*innen\, Betriebswirt*innen oder Wirtschaftsingenieur*innen\, die mit Innovationsschutz im Unternehmenskontext in Berührung kommen. Der Weiterbildungslehrgang startet ab 15. März 2024 und geht bis 12. Juli 2024. Die insgesamt 12 Lerneinheiten finden in der Regel freitags von 14.00 bis 19.00 Uhr statt. Alle Termine finden in interaktiven Live-Video-Sessions statt und werden von verschiedenen Referent*innen mit Praxiserfahrung geleitet\, die in namhafter Industrie und renommierten Kanzleien tätig sind. An einem freiwilligen Präsenztermin im Mai 2024 geht es für Teilnehmende zum Patent- und Markenzentrum nach Stuttgart. Auf Wunsch besteht die Möglichkeit\, eine Abschlussprüfung abzulegen und somit ein Zertifikat zu erhalten. \n\n\n\nDie Teilnahmekosten belaufen sich auf insgesamt 1.996 Euro (von MwSt befreit). Noch bis 15. Dezember 2023 erhalten Interessierte einen Frühbucherrabatt\, wobei ihnen 300 Euro abgezogen werden.
